Our colleague and instructor Honza Bašta is establishing the Polabio organic vegetable farm at Huslík.
We support his vision and are already looking forward to high-quality organic vegetables from our immediate surroundings—we expect the first harvest in the summer of 2026!
The Polabio organic family farm focuses on extensive vegetable cultivation adapted to local natural conditions. Through sustainable practices, it contributes not only to the production of high-quality vegetables but also to the development of the soil and landscape's non-productive functions—such as water retention, carbon sequestration, and the support of biodiversity.
