Eco-center

The Huslík Eco-center educates children and adults on how to approach the environment.

The Huslík Eco-center, established in 2015 as part of the Czech Union for Nature Conservation in the Polabí region, focuses on environmental education for preschools, primary and secondary schools, and the general public.

The Huslík Eco-center offers schools a diverse range of environmental educational programs tailored for preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools. These programs cover topics that reflect local natural conditions. The programs are led by experienced instructors using interactive teaching methods. The goal of these programs is to deepen students' relationship with nature and encourage responsible environmental behavior.

We organize guided tours, children's clubs, day camps, and awareness-raising events. Visitors to Huslík can find plenty of inspiration regarding environmentally friendly practices, such as: natural gardens and features to support biodiversity, orchards of heritage fruit tree varieties, sustainable landscape management, circular waste management (composting), renewable energy sources (biomass heating plant, PV systems), and working with rainwater and greywater.

Huslík is the perfect place to explore nature. You can take a walk along the nature trails.
